Buddy is a term that is used in the world of scuba diving – where a good buddy can mean the difference between life and death. Using a Buddy is a powerful model in personal and professional development because it recognises that we’re more effective when we team up and support each other. This was my main motivation for creating this website around Creative Stress Management and the Ealing Health & Wellbeing Network website.
Buddy work allows you to support, motivate and inspire each other and, most importantly, be accountable to someone.
Buddy work can be extremely useful when it comes to personal wellbeing goals such as weight loss, clutter clearing, exercise, giving up smoking, or your business and entrepreneurial goals such as blogging, tweeting, video making, newsletter writing/proofreading etc.
