Have you found your Why?
Your Why provides the meaning and purpose in your life. Your Why is linked to your beliefs and your personal values – the things you invest your time, money and energy in. For some of us it’s health, for others it’s money, for others it may be our children and families. Your Why provides you with the inner motivation you need to take action. Getting clear on your Why can free up energy and release stress. Without it can be like driving a car with your foot lightly or heavily on the brake. Inspiration lifts our spirits and both inspiration and our Why can facilitate the body’s natural healing capacity. Your Why fuels your passion and not getting clear on it can be the difference between achieving or failing in your goals.
